About

I was inspired to start my law practice based on my experiences while caring for my late mother and serving as the executor of her estate. That gave me a greater appreciation of the types of issues that individuals and their families faced. Nearly two decades in the banking industry, preceded by a decade of general legal practice, also affords me keen insight into small business owners’ challenges.

My role as an attorney is to provide my clients with guidance, understanding, and peace of mind.

You don’t have to be wealthy to develop an estate plan that avoids Probate or Guardianship.  However, you do have to plan, and I can help you assemble one that is cost-effective. A little planning today helps save time and money in the future, gives you comfort now, and simplifies things for you and your family down the road.

Small business owners start businesses to do what they are great at, not to draft contracts or deal with all the red tape thrown at them by some government agency.   By providing them with cost-effective support that addresses their legal issues, I free them to concentrate on the success and growth of their business.

When you want to create an estate plan and don’t know where to start, or you’re a small business owner confounded by the myriad of laws and regulations that prevent you from concentrating on your business, I encourage you to contact me. Call my office today at (614) 401-8461 to schedule an appointment. I look forward to talking to you.
